Where are you shipping from?
Our products ship from Oregon, Zip Code 97635.
Do you make all of your own products or resell products made by others?
We are proud to say that we make nearly every item we offer. There are only very few products that we sell for others.
Do you still use lead wicks in your candles?
We never use lead. We try to make our candles as natural as possible.
Are you willing to do custom orders?
Oh, yes, we love to do special request items for our customers. If you are looking for something that you do not see on our site, please just ask and we will do our best to create just want you need.
Are your products mass produced?
No, we are a small company and we hand pour every candle. We make every bar of soap individually. Most of our products are made as they are ordered. We only stock ahead items that sell very quickly, so the products you order are fresh.
How long does it usually take once an order is placed until it is received?
We try to ship within three days. During the holidays or other very busy times this is sometimes not possible, but we still do our best. With very large orders more time may be required also. Most orders are shipped by priority mail which takes about three to four days in travel time, so most orders are received within 7 - 10 days from the time the order is placed.
Do you have a paper catalog?
At this time we do not.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We are happy to accept checks, money orders, direct PayPal payments and credit cards through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card through PayPal.
Do you offer bulk discounts if many of the same item is ordered -- say 25 of one thing?
We do offer discounts when 25 or more of the same item is ordered. Please email and we will be happy to discuss this with you.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
No, we do not have a minimum, however, the shipping cost for ordering only one or two items is higher per item than it is when you order more items.
Do you have a handling charge?
We have a handling charge of .75 per order.
