Thank you for your trust and for ordering from us. We want every customer to be completely happy with every product that is purchased from us!
We do not profit from shipping or charge extra, so if we can ship cheaper than our shopping cart figures we will, and you will receive a quick refund. We have a .75 handling fee on each order and we do buy delivery confirmation for .45 but there are no hidden fees or other extra charges. If you would like for your order to be insured, please ask and we will get insurance for you. The charge for insurance is usually about $1.45, but does depend on the total value of the order. We pack our orders very well, but once it leaves us we can not be responsible for how the post office or UPS handles it.
We can fit 16 lbs of our soap base in a flat rate box and ship it for $9.75 to anywhere in the country.
If any order arrives in any condition other than perfect, please let me know right away. If you have purchased insurance, I will let you know what to do next. Usually, the post office or UPS will require you to keep the damaged package to show to them or to take a picture of it, so please don’t do anything until you contact me or the shipper. We have very few problems of this nature, but sometimes shippers are not as careful as they should be.
As for returns, please contact me immediately if you have any problem with your order, so we can discuss what the problem might be. I can not accept most products back as returns because of the nature of the products, but I am very willing to work with you to come to a solution if for any reason you are not happy with a product.
